We are living in a historic time that is full of uncertainty. Nevertheless, I’m working every day to make sure we beat this virus, protect our residents, and secure a stronger future for our entire community. I’m confident if we keep working together, we will come out stronger than before.
This November, I am seeking re-election. I’m asking for your help, so I can continue serving as your voice for State House District 87. Let’s keep building on the progress we’ve already made.
During my time in the Legislature, I have successfully sponsored and passed 10 bills with bipartisan support, including legislation that focused on mental health, education reform, workforce housing and domestic violence. Now, I’m dedicated to ensuring we have public health policies that support those in need and that we are creating jobs to move our economy forward safely.
Over the past 6 months, I have hosted a series of mental health town halls to provide resources and information to students and families struggling to cope. You can watch these town halls online at www.votedavidsilvers.com/news.
Look for more emails from me in the near future about ongoing issues in our state and our community. You can follow me on Facebook at www.facebook.com/DavidRSilvers or visit my website to learn more and get involved at www.VoteDavidSilvers.com.
